Broken Camera

• Appearance •

The Broken Camera is virtually identical to its functional counterpart, the only differences are the viewfinder and the lights all being turned off, presumably because it’s out of battery.

• Usage •

The Broken Camera appears exactly where the camera was left in the last run. Throwing the camera into the Extraction Box will yield the extracted footage, just like a regular camera would.

• Notes •

Enemies such as Barnacle Ball or the physics engine can end up launching the camera away from your dead body, making it harder to find. Additionally, if it falls into the void. it is impossible to recover.
Despite not being functional, the camera will still show the percentage of film left on the camera from your last run.
