• Appearance •
The Larva is a large, skeletal creature with anatomy resembling a centipede.
The Larva has two large, four digit hands, two mandibles, and seven eyes. This creature is dark grey, making it harder to spot in the dark.
• Behavior •
The Larva will slowly slide around the map, Its arms constantly reaching out and ready to grab. When the Larva spots a Player, it will start to chase them at a speed somewhat slower than their run speed. When this creature gets close enough to its target, it will dash and grab them before hurling the player over its head and throwing them, dealing just below half of the players health. Getting hit twice will leave the player with a sliver of health. If a teammate is close to the picked up player, The Larva will instead redirect their throw towards the teammate, damaging both players.
• Counters •
It is advised to keep your distance from this creature, and to not let it get close enough to dash. Make quick turns through hallways and try to stay in different rooms as it. The Shock Stick works on this entity, as well as the Goo Ball. Climbing unusual terrain such as vats, boxes, or scrap metal can also keep you out of Larva's reach.
